Watch Aazaadiyan Song from Begum Jaan ft. Vidya Balan, Gauhar Khan

Vidya Balan is to play another strong character in her upcoming film Begum Jaan (2017) and the film is slated for release on 14 April. A new song Aazaadiyan has been released from the film and getting a very well response in two great singers Sonu Nigam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s voices.

Aazaadiyan lyrics penned by Kausar Munir who also penned some dialogues in Begum Jaan along with veteran Urdu poet Rahat Indori. The video of Aazaadiyan shows the time before freedom.

The perfect combination of great musicians Anu Malik, Sonu Nigam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan delivered a soulful track from Aazaadiyaan. Anu Malik has composed music for this song.

Azaadiyan Song features Vidya Balan from Begum Jaan

Srijit Mukherji penned and directed Begum Jaan is a story of brothel’s madam during 1947 who defied the nation to save her home. Vidya Balan played this character and people praised film’s trailer features veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah, Chunky Pandey, Gauahar Khan, Rajesh Sharma and other well-known faces.

This multi-starrer Hindi film is an official remake of Bengali film Rajkahini (2015) which is also penned and directed by Srijit Mukherji. Begum Jaan is produced by Bhatt Brothers (Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt) under the banner Vishesh Films.

Begum Jaan’s first song Prem Mein Tohre sung by Asha Bhosle. So Aazaadiyan is the second song from Begum Jaan where Sonu Nigam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan make this song an amazing.

Rituparna Sengupta led its Bengali version, here’s finest Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is leading this film. The music of this film is composed by Anu Malik, lyrics penned by Kausar Munir and Rahat Indori.

Begum Jaan was scheduled to release in March and the film later postponed and rescheduled on 14th of April. The trailer and two songs including Prem Mein Tohre and Aazaadiyan have been released till the date.
