Saabir Khan directorial venture Baaghi has continued to shine at the domestic box office. On its 2nd Friday, the film has collected Rs 2.31 crore and taking its tally of collections to Rs 62.03 crore.
This Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor starrer romantic-action flick has been doing really well throughout the week and globally, it has already touched the figure of 100 crore in flat two weeks.
As of now, in India, Baaghi manages to collect around Rs 85 crore gross and if we plus the overseas total of Rs 16.25 crore, it has overall collections of Rs 101.25 crore, which is itself, shows that people are enjoying this love treat of fresh on-screen pair of Tiger and Shraddha.

However, Baaghi also shows the biggest drop in its collections on Friday due to some other releases, specially Hollywood superhero flick Captain America: Civil War which has opened with fantastic numbers. On Day one, it has collected Rs 8.53 crore, which is just magnificent as it is a Hollywood film and Indian people always love to watch these Hollywood franchise films.
Well, the second weekend is just kicked off and it is interesting to see how Baaghi will now perform and anything around Rs 4 crore per day pushed it to Rs 70 crore, that means the difference between Baaghi and Kapoor and Sons (Rs 73.03) will be short and It will move on upwards in the list of highest grossing movies list 2016. Currently, it is placed at 5th place. Akshay Kumar starrer Airlift (Rs 126 crore) is leading the tally followed by Fan (Rs 84.10* crore) and Neerja (75.61 crore).
The other Bollywood release 1920 London, which is the third installment of popular horror franchise has done very poor on its first day and just manage to collect Rs 2.47crore , that is too low to the moderate figures.
