Dishoom 1st Tuesday (5th day) box office collections: Gets closer to 50 crore mark

Rohit Dhawan directorial Dishoom has kept steady on 1st Tuesday at the Indian box office. On its 5th day, Dishoom has collected Rs 4.30 crore at took its total box office collections to Rs 46.47 crore.

Varun Dhawan, John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer action-adventure-drama Dishoom has now closed to 50 crore mark and by today itself, it will surpass this small but important feat in 6 flat days.

The reason for this pretty well hold is that there is not any kind of competition at the moment and Dishoom is  enjoying people’s support from all the centers of the country.

Still, in the weekdays, The occupancies are wonderful and the footfalls don’t saw big fallout compared to Monday’s collections. One more reason for this kind of response is that the first weekend of Dishoom is badly affected by heavy rains in main the circuits due to which lots of people did not able to watch the movie.

Meanwhile, Dishoom has crossed the lifetime total of Rohit Dhawan’s debut film Desi Boyz (2011) which had nurtured Rs 46 crore.

Meanwhile, the next target for Dishoom is to get past the overall collections of Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Ki and Ka (Rs 51.62 crore) to clinch the 9th spot in the list of Top 10 highest grossing Bollywood movies of 2016.

With the current trend, Dishoom will surely reach to 60 crore mark by the end of this weekend and it is now interesting to see how long it will go from here.
