Himesh Reshammiya starrer Teraa Surroor has failed to get a decent opening at the domestic box office. This action-thriller has just managed to have Rs 1.79 crore on Friday which is surely not considered as even better numbers for the film.

Released in a limited number of around 1500 odd screens, Teraa Surroor had received negative reviews from most of the critics and there is not much hype about this film among people as Himesh and his team had not promoted the film on bigger scale. Ultimately, it results in poor show on the very first day of its release. The occupancies were only around 20 to 30 % throughout the day, which is not a good sign for the producers.
The makers thought that the film might get the benefit of this hit franchise but the weak story along with the average performance of the star cast ruined the hope to perform even better.
Now, the coming two days would be very crucial for Teraa Surroor and all now depends on the word of mouth from the audience which will somehow manage to get some growth on coming weekend. As there is not any big release with this film, so it has the chance to recover its cost of production which is of around Rs 10 to 15 crores.
