Watch Rustom song Tay Hai: Akshay Kumar & Ileana D’Cruz’s emotional love story

After showing the romantic journey in the first song Tere Sang Yara, now Rustom new song Tay Hai has been released featuring the main leads including Akshay Kumar and Ileana D’ Cruz.

Rustom’s new song Tay Hai is an emotional romantic track showcasing some intense moments between Akshay and Ileana. This song has been crooned by the crunchy voice of Ankit Tiwari. Ankit has also composed the track and Manoj Muntashir has been written down the lyrics.

Akshay Kumar is playing the role of a Navy officer in Rustom and Ileana is his on-screen wife in the film, which is inspired by a true event of popular Nanavati case in 1959.

Directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, Rustom is a thriller revolves around a Navy officer, who killed his wife’s lover with gunshots after he knows that his wife is in love with someone else.

In 1959, K.M. Nanavati, an Indian Navy officer murdered his wife’s lover Prem Ahuja. This case rocked the Indian judiciary and had got lots of media attentions. Nanavati was initially not declared guilty but later on Bombay High Court dismissed the verdict.

Later on, it was retrial by bench trial. This was officially the last case to be heard as jury trials in India.

For the very first time in his career, Akshay is playing the character of a Navy officer and he looks good in this new look in Navy dress. This is the third release of the year for Akshay and he is eyeing into make hat trick of 100 crore club.

Rustom also stars Arjan Bajwa and Esha Gupta in pivotal roles.

Neeraj Pandey of Baby (2015) famed is the producer of Rustom, which is scheduled to hit the screens on 12th August 2016 along with Hrithik Roshan starrer Mohenjo Daro.
