Salman Khan to star in Pulimurugan Hindi Remake?

Salman Khan wants to watch Malayalam cinema’s megastar Mohanlal starrer action adventure film Pulimurugan (2016). According to the several sources, Bodyguard (2011) director Siddique is going to direct him again in this remake.

Pulimurugan revolves around a man who lives a wild life in a small village and eats tigers, lost his father in a tiger attack when he was a child. Mohanlal is as Murugan in village Puliyoor.

The film is Highest Grossing Malayalam film of all time and the first film that crossed 100 Crore mark in the Malayalam film industry. The film also received several awards and nominations. So Bollywood superstar Salman Khan decided to make its remake in Hindi.

Salman Khan to play lead role in Mohanlal’s Malayalam superhit film Pulimurugan

This is a high voltage action drama directed by Vysakh and Kamalini Mukherjee is lead actress opposite Mohanlal in the film. But the report says, Hindi remake will be directed by Siddiqui means he will collaborate for the second time with superstar Salman Khan.

Siddiqui has directed one and only Hindi film and that is Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer romantic action drama Bodygaurd (2011) received mixed reviews from critics but performed very well at Box Office, one of Salman Khan’s 100 Crore club movies.

Undoubtedly, if Salman Khan will do this film, can set new Box Office records in Bollywood. The superstar is currently doing Ali Abbas Zafar’s spy thriller Tiger Zinda Hai while his most awaited war drama Tubelight is all set to release on the occasion of Eid this year.

So Prabhu Deva’s Wanted 2 and Siddiqui’s Pulimurugan Hindi Remake are not finalized but probabilities are that Sallu is going to do they both in 2018. If you are Salman’s fans may leave comments regarding these movies.
