Sultan 2nd Monday box office collections: Crosses 500 crores and becomes 4th highest worldwide grosser

Salman Khan‘s latest release Sultan has been breaking so many records since the day, it hit the theatres. Now, Sultan 2nd Monday box office collections pushed it into 500 crore club at global markets.

Sultan 2nd Monday box office collections have seen a normal drop and collected Rs 4.08 crore ($0.61 million). Now, its total 13 days box office collections have reached to the total of Rs 267.31 crores ($40.18 million), this is just mind-blowing numbers in this short span of time.

Sultan has now entered its third week and this is a normal week fallout. Still, it has managed to get in over Rs 4 crore, which some big films mot even make it on its 1st Monday.

You could understand with this that Sultan 2nd Monday box office collections are more than the first day collections of last week released Great Grand Masti, which has been crashed brutally and towards its end.

Meanwhile, Sultan continues to add to some more pleasing records in its kitty. With more than Rs 350 crore ($51.47 million) grossed in India and over Rs 140 crore ($20.59 million) from overseas market,  Sultan has crossed the magical figure of Rs 500 crores globally.

This Ali Abbas Zafar is now fourth Bollywood film after PK (Rs 792 crores), Bajrangi Bhaijaan – Rs 626 crores ($ 94.1 million) and Dhoom 3 – Rs 542 crores ($ 81.47 million) which crossed 500 crore mark worldwide.

In India, Sultan is currently positioned at fourth place and within next two or three days, it will surpass the lifetime total of Dhoom 3 – Rs 284 crores($42.69 million) and becomes 3rd highest grossing Bollywood movie of all time behind PK – Rs 340 crore ($ 51.11 million)  and Bajrangi Bhaijaan- Rs 320 crores ($ 48.1 million) .

At overseas, Sultan is at 7th place with $20.59 million and inches closer to Shah Rukh Khan starrer My Name is Khan ($ 23 million).
