Salman Khan starrer Sultan has finally entered the much awaited 200 crore club on its 7th day of release. Sultan 7th day box office collections have brought in Rs 12.92 crore, which is simply amazing and it has now become fastest film to enter in this club. It has now reached to the total of Rs 208.82 crore.
After Sultan 7th day box office collections, it is seen that this wrestling based film has beaten some of the biggest grossing Hindi films such as PK (2014), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) and Dhoom 3 (2013) which had surpassed this milestone feat in 9 days but Sultan has managed to achieve this mark in record 7 days.
This is simply incredible achievement for Sultan and with the current pace it is going, very soon, we will see some magistic numbers coming in by this Ali Abbas Zafar directorial.
After starting its week one on high note, it was sure that Sultan would not see big fallout at least towards the end of first weekend. The occupancies on Tuesday was also almost similar to Monday and even some of the theaters are still going houseful on its 7th day, that is something rarely, we have seen in near past.
Due to the five days extended opening weekend, Sultan has still two days left to complete its week one but before that It has overtaken the first week total of Dhoom 3 (Rs 188.99 crore), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (Rs 184.62 crore), PK (Rs 183.09 crore) and Kick (Rs 164.09 crore).

Apart from this, Sultan has also left the lifetime collections of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (Rs 208 crore) and Happy New Year (203 crore) and become 7th all time highest grossing Bollywood film.
At this pace, within two or three days, Sultan will positively surpass the lifetime earnings of Chennai Express (Rs 227 crore) and Kick (Rs 231 crore).
Its next biggest targets are, first to get past the total of Krrish 3 ( Rs 244 crore) and Dhoom 3 (Rs 284 crore) and then the biggest of all to catch up Bajrangi Bhaijaan (Rs 320 crore) and PK (Rs 340 crore). Let’s see what will happen in next few days.
