Yesterday Anushka Sharma was celebrated his 28th birthday and on this special occasion, her co-star Salman Khan has given her wonderful gift by unveiled the second teaser of upcoming wrestling based film Sultan introducing Anushka as Aarfa, powerful Haryanvi wrestler.
Salman, who is also playing a Haryanvi wrestler Sultan Ali Khan took to his Twitter handle and released the second teaser with his warm wishes to the birthday girl Anushka. Salman wrote, Happy Birthday to my Sultani Aarfa Sultan Ki Jaan.
In this 1minute 9 second teaser, Anushka is looking tough and so real in this wrestler’s look showing her dedication towards the sport. The videos shows Salman’s voiceover in the background in typical Haryanvi tone telling about the journey of this sweet and simple Haryanvi girl who is totally different to his personality as she is a champion wrestler, who not only rules the sport but also compete with the male wrestler. She is a wrestling stalwart and also Sultan Ki Jaan.
Just like the first teaser, this second teaser is also looking powerful and impactful presenting the leading lady in a wonderful way. One thing is absolutely clear after seeing this teaser that Anushka’s role in the film is very important and she has not mere inducted in the star cast just to fill the gap as it has been happened in almost every Salman Khan film. With the way she is challenging the wrestlers, it seems that she will give tough time to Sultan Salman in the film and it is very good to see this.
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Sultan is the story of a Haryanvi wrestler Sultan Ali Khan who is in love with Arfa. It is said that there is a particular fighting sequence has been shot in which Salman has a faceoff with Anushka in the wrestling Akhada. The final schedule of Sultan has just concluded in Uttar Pradesh’s Morna district and now the post production work is in the final stage.
Produced by Aditya Chopra under his banner Yash Raj Films, Sultan, which also stars Randeep Hooda and Amit Sadh in pivotal roles, is scheduled to hit the screens on 6th July 2016.
