11 October 1942 born Amitabh Bachchan has completed almost 5o years of a long time since 1969 and still ruling the Bollywood with his acting skills and peerless personality, fashion and unique style.
He is the son of legendary poet lt. Harivansh Rai Bachchan and lt. Teji Bachchan. The megastar is referred as Shahenshah of Indian Cinema, Big B, God of Hindi Cinema and these titles sign of his incomparable contribution to art and cinema.

Amitabh started his acting career in 1969 through Saat Hindustani and won National Film Award for Best Newcomer then he appreciated for Rajesh Khanna’s evergreen Anand (1971) for which he won Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor. He faced so much rejection, failures, and struggled hard to get lead roles in starting off his career.
Today, he has done around 200 Hindi films and honored by Padma Shri (1984), Padma Vibhushan (2015), Padma Bhushan 2001, 4 National Film Awards, 15 Filmfare and other awards and several nominatins.
